Key Features and FAQs
IMPORTANT NOTE!
You MUST claim or compound every 10 days, or rewards will stop for your address. This is to reward the users who are actively participating.
What happens if I continuously claim my rewards?
If you claim rewards continuously, your daily percentage will significantly decrease, and you won't receive the highest daily returns. This anti-whale mechanism ensures the Total Value Locked (TVL) isn't quickly depleted by large investors.
Is frequent compounding beneficial?
Yes, compounding allows you to reinvest and increase your future rewards. However, be aware of the standard Avalanche network gas fees for each "Compound" transaction.
Reward Growth Impact
Your reward-taking habits impact future rewards. If you claim too often, your daily percentage decreases. Daily increases in TVL can also lead to a decrease in the daily percentage.
Can I withdraw my initial investment?
SQRCAT Miner is a locked rewards pool, meaning you cannot withdraw your initial investment directly. Instead, you earn back your initial investment over time through the rewards.
Fees?
There is a 2.5% development fee on all deposits and a 5% fee on reward withdrawals. Additionally, 1% of AVAX deposits are used to enhance the SQRCAT/AVAX liquidity pool to support the SQRCAT price and ensure strong liquidity.
Does the number of Miners decrease when claiming rewards?
No, the number of "Miners" does not change when you claim rewards. It only increases with new deposits or when you use the "Compound" button.
Sustainability
The contract remains sustainable as long as there are $SQRCAT tokens in the pool. Those who claim too many rewards are penalized with diminishing returns over time.
Optimal Strategy
We recommend compounding for 6 days and claiming rewards on the 7th day. This strategy helps grow your investment and increase the number of Miners while also allowing for periodic reward claims.
The 6/1 Strategy Explained
Claim rewards every 6 days, and during these days, compound as frequently as desired for faster growth.
